Terms of Use

1. Wellness Tool — Not Medical Advice

Overthinkr is a wellness and self-help tool that helps you notice overthinking and practise small daily skills. It is not a medical device, not a clinical product, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Using Overthinkr does not create a therapist-patient relationship or any kind of professional relationship between you and Jakub Radziejewski or any affiliated party.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your mental health treatment.

2. Eligibility — Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Overthinkr.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older. If we discover that a user is under 13, we will immediately delete the account and all associated data without notice.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should use Overthinkr with the awareness and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. By using the app, a minor’s parent or guardian implicitly accepts these Terms on their behalf.

If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has used Overthinkr, contact us immediately at hello@yakobeen.com.

3. Subscription & Billing

Overthinkr is a subscription app: using it — the daily plan, every journey, reset and challenge, Untangle and the tools — needs an active subscription. The plans and their prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Billing is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We never see or store your payment details.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges are made within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Overthinkr
• or Manage subscription in the app’s Settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Apple bills it, so cancel it in Subscriptions as well.

Refunds: All refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Price changes: If a price changes, Apple tells you before your next renewal and, where required, asks for your agreement before charging the new price.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Use.
• You engage in behaviour that is harmful, illegal, or damaging to other users or to Overthinkr.
• You attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its AI systems.
• You submit fraudulent payment information or abuse refund processes.
• We receive a valid legal order requiring account removal.

What happens on termination

• Your access to the app is revoked immediately.
• Your data may be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
• Subscription charges are not refunded for the remainder of a billing period unless required by law.

If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact hello@yakobeen.com within 30 days. We will review good-faith appeals.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jakub Radziejewski and the Overthinkr service are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We make no representations that:

• Overthinkr will reduce your anxiety or overthinking.
• Untangle’s AI-written pages are accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual situation.
• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We are not liable for:

• Any mental health outcomes, positive or negative, resulting from use of the app.
• Decisions you make based on Untangle or any other part of the app.
• Loss of data due to technical failures (though we take strong precautions).
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials within Overthinkr — including the daily resets, journeys, challenges and tools, and the app’s visual identity — are owned by Jakub Radziejewski and protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Overthinkr without explicit written permission.

Your content: Everything you write in the app is yours. It stays on your phone — except text you send with Untangle, which we pass to our AI provider only to create your page, and don’t keep. We don’t claim any rights to it.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or our practices.

When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Effective date” at the top of this document.
• Notify you via in-app message or email if the changes materially affect your rights.

Continued use of Overthinkr after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, please discontinue use and delete your account.

The current version of these Terms is always available in the app, in You → Settings → Terms of Use.

Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and, where applicable, European Union law.

Disputes: If you have a complaint, please contact hello@yakobeen.com first — we’d like to resolve it directly. If you’re a consumer in the EU, you can also turn to your national consumer protection authority.
